My name is Mikala. My journey with flowers began in 2020, and it quickly became a passion. What started as a love for gardening evolved into a desire to capture and extend the life of each beautiful bloom. Seeing their beauty fade inspired me to experiment with various drying and preservation techniques.
My Story
Art and nature have always been intertwined in my life. Growing up surrounded by art in my family's gallery, I learned the power of design and the importance of bringing beauty into people's homes. It was a natural evolution to discover my passion for flowers – living works of art. At Sunbaked Stems, I have the experience of understanding and working with high end materials, clients, and design. I bring my perfectionist spirit into drying and preserving all flowers right here in Cape May County. every creation is crafted with intention and love, using only the finest materials. My goal is to create floral art that brings lasting joy to you & your home.
